AB Canada. Wholesale order shipping costs are
calculated from Sweetgrass, MT.
Processing Time
for a Standard Order:
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products we do not use any harsh
preservatives (when absolutely necessary, only the mildest
preservatives are used), for this reason we try to keep our on-hand
stock to a minimum. This way we can ensure you receive the freshest
product available. However, this may slightly delay shipping. Many
products can be shipped within a week, however, please allow
approximately two weeks before shipping. Especially with large
quantities, please keep this in mind when deciding to place your next
order with us. If you would like to receive your order in a hurry,
please provide us with a "needed by" date, and offer possible
substitutions should we not have something in stock. Rush orders will
take priority and will be processed first however, please note will
need at least 48 hrs processing time before the order is rush shipped.
Shipping charges for wholesale orders are charged for the actual amount
of the shipping. We offer Ground, and Rush FedEx shipping for your
convenience. For on-line orders you can log in and check your order's
process and obtain your tracking numbers. Please inform us of your
order before mailing a check so we can inform you of the freight
charges.
How long it will take to make your order before shipping can be determined on
a average by the chart below according to your order's dollar value:
$75.00 - $500.00 (1 - 2 Weeks)
$500.00 - $1,000.00 (2 - 3 Weeks)
$1,000.00 - $2,500.00 (3 Weeks)
$2,500.00 - $5,000.00 (3 - 4 Weeks)
$5,000.00 - $10,000.00 (4 - 5 Weeks)
$10,000.00 + (5 - 6 Weeks)
Processing Time
Including BULK Products (and large volume orders):
Bulk products are un-packaged. You may package and label the products
yourself using your labels. Bulk products are made upon order,
please allow us 2 - 4 weeks to manufacture bulk products (eg:
un-wrapped Fizzing Bath Balls) before shipping. Bath salts, tub
tea, milk baths and other bulk products can be manufactured in a more
timely fashion. Larger bulk orders (eg: $5,000.00+); or peak seasons
(eg: Christmas, Valentines) may require longer manufacturing times.

If you would like to receive
samples of our products before you place a wholesale order, please
order products on our retail web site using our shopping cart.
Established
Customers - Credit Terms:
Once you have placed three orders from us, and we have had no problems
with payment (no boucned checks, etc.), you may be considered for
credit terms. Standard credit terms include net 30 days; and up to
$2,000.00 credit. Please let us know if you are interested in credit
terms. Credit amount will be baised upon past order sizes. At this
time, orders over $2,000.00 still require pre-payment. Late payments
over 30 days may revoke your credit previlidges. Late payments are
subject to a 1.2% late payment interest charge.
Damaged or Missing Item Claims:
Any small damage or missing item claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order. Large damage claims must me made upon receipt as they may need go through the delivery company. Leave the box(s) alone
and phone us immediately, the carrier might require an inspection of the boxes in the manner that they were delivered. If the boxes have major outward damage upon delivery refuse the shipment and/or be sure that the driver notes boxes damaged upon delivery so we can follow up on the claim. We may request return of merchandise on damaged claims depending on the individual circumstances.
Order Cancellations and Returns
We advise purchasing samples to ensure the products meet your requirements before placing a large order. If you would like to cancel an order that you placed, do so immediately by phoning us at: 403-289-5983 (do not e-mail us). If you wait a couple of days it may have already been shipped. Orders that have already been or boxed, may incur a 20% re-stocking fee. Due to the nature of the products and for health reasons, if you order has been shipped, sorry we do not accept any returns. On the rare occasion, should you feel that you have receive defective products, please phone our customer service department.
Payment Information for USA Customers:
We accept payment by Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, American
Express and Discover for your convience. We offer COD deliveries up to $300.00 with a credit card on
file for security. Orders
over $2,000.00 US including made upon order products require a 50%
non-refundable pre-payment. The remaining balance and freight is due
upon shipment.
Private Label:
We offer bulk products and private label if you prefer. This simply
means that we will ship you the products without our Splash labels (you
will receive ingredients). Please note that private label may not
always be the best choice for your company. When you private label,
that means that our manufacturing information is omitted from the
product labels. This means that we are no longer the manufacturer and
that will leave you, the retailer, responsible for product liability.
We strongly recommend that you have your own product liability
insurance and understand the proper labeling requirements when deciding
to act as manufacturer. If your company is set up for private label,
great, simply check off "no labels" when ordering. Our product
liability insurance offers cross-liability insurance to any retailer
who sells our products under the Splash label.
Shipping Costs:
Our wholesale pricing does not include shipping. You may pay for
shipping directly using your courier account. Please provide your
carrier and account number along with your order if you would like to
pay for shipping directly.
