The time it takes from order placement to
delivery is a simple equation:
Order Processing Time
+ Shipping Transit Time = Total Delivery Time
For example (the most common equation):
If
you place an order where all products include products that are in the “Usually Ships in 4 – 7 Days”
category you could place the number 4 in the Order Processing Time
space as following:
4 Days +
Shipping Transit Time = Total Delivery Time
If the order is being shipped to the USA,
standard Ground Delivery is 7 – 10
Business Days. You could place the number 7 in the Shipping Transit Time
as following:
4 Days + 7 Days =
Total Delivery Time
Your standard delivery time
would be as follows:
4 days + 7 days = 11 Days (as a minimum)
This is just short of 2 weeks.
or
7 days + 10 days = 17 Days (as a
maxim) This is just short of 3 weeks.
Simply Put:
Standard delivery is an average of 2.5 weeks.
